Owner/Broker/Advisor - Tim Stemper is a descendent of pioneers who arrived in

the Milwaukee area in the early 1800's and were active in the

initial development of the city and it’s surrounding communities.

This connection sparked a particular interest for Tim.

He was appointed to serve on the Historic Preservation Commission

where he chaired twice during his 11 years of membership.

Tim also served as Regional State Director and currently is serving as an

Executive Committee Vice President for the Wisconsin Realtors Association,
